II. Compare and analyze
the results of your New York State Physical Fitness Test from your four years
in High School and answer the following questions:

you have the most difficulty?
After completing I & II,
use the information from your written and participation projects, from Junior
and Senior years, to develop a Personal Wellness Plan that you can follow after
graduation. Be specific and include activities that you can participate in on
a regular basis. Health factors and out of school resources should also be included.
Your Personal Wellness Plan must be at least one full typed page. Your wellness
plan will be scored according to the attached scale.
