In the game bingo you yell the phrase when you complete a row. For this game, you must match a specific heart rate number and when you do, yell "BINGO" The children work with a partner and attempt to hit a set of given numbers exactly. If either partner matches, both get to shout as they are working as a team. Challenge them not to repeat any number, this will allow them to learn how to raise and lower their heart rate. I use the heart rates that border my percentage zones; ex: 105 or 50%, 125 or 60 %, 146 or 70%, 168 or 80% and 189 for 90%.
