This can be done with almost any fitness or skill circuit activities. The twist to this activity has two parts. First, the use of heart rate monitors increasing the safe and effective level of exercise. The second portion is the use of students to help to motivate each other. The students take turns encouraging each other to reach a chosen zone of activity. The teacher can set a classroom goal, but I prefer to have the children decide for themselves. Move to a station and set a zone goal, your "coach" will then encourage you using positive and specific feedback. Choose a new station and switch roles.
